Date someone special from Venice, United States. Later on in my life an ex-girlfriend would say, "100,000 sperm and you were the fastest? "
Took me awhile, but finally, here I am all growed up. I'm an easy-going, fun, and honest guy and I have an awesome job in Television. I love what I do because everyday is different. I'm a real hard worker and I like to be the best at what I do.
Humor is a necessity in life and I love to laugh, but when it's time to get serious I'm as straight as an arrow.
I am not a total fatty. I try to exercise 4-5 days a week for 30 minutes on my stationary bike or jog with my dog. I also walk him twice a day. I usually eat fairly healthy and I cook 99% of the time. I had decided to actually go through with my new years resolution last year: It was to lose some weight and get in shape. So I quit screwing around and started getting active. I lost 35 lbs. :) The other day I was at the second hand store and spontaneously bought a skateboard. I haven't been on one since the 8th grade. I'm doing pretty good and my dog loves to run. And now I'm gonna survive Armageddon this year. :P
I'm looking for a best friend. I'm attracted to women who are funny, laugh easily, and have a great smile. I am looking to for someone to try new things with like sailing, rock climbing, maybe bungie jumping or sky diving...or maybe just stick to the trapeze. :) Lately, I've been doing a lot of scuba diving. I work in television, and soon I'm taking it underwater. I'd like to travel and dive around the world. I haven't traveled as much as I'd like, since I grew up as a poor white child. :P I'd also like to try some sky diving.
I'm pretty much awesome and you wish you were with me doing something totally rad (thats a saying from the 80's). So, if you think we are on the same path, a kismetic destiny, well, you know what to do.
Anyway, good luck to you, because I can have any woman I please. But, apparently so far, I haven't pleased any of them.
Meet a man from Venice, United States. ok sorry for the false advertising. not a billionaire. yet. i'm pretty ambitious and confident about my ability to succeed. i am work-obsessed, and love being creative. seeking someone who is a deep thinker like myself. but maybe who has a bit more of an easy going spirit to balance out my seriousness :)
and someone who might enjoy wrenching me away from my desk to remind me that in fact life is NOT about work (i know this to be the case, but have trouble applying it).
Date a soulmate from Venice, United States. I am a complex simple nut. I love the outdoors but spend plenty of time inside them. I am not recently emerged from a devastating relationship nor a failed trial of antidepressants, please don't be too; both are OK but timing one's presence for a relationship is essential. I think my turn ons may say as much about me, so here goes:
Turn Ons:
mental
Someone who says I don’t know and wants to
Someone who can debate a topic but doesn’t argue
Someone with a routine that fulfills them intellectually and physically
Someone who sees Tomas, Sabina and Tereza from Kundera’s novel as a metaphor and not a bastard, a slut and a martyr
Someone who has no idea what that means and declares they may or may not want to without emotional stress
Someone who blows my mind without knowing it
Someone who doesn't think inside or outside the box, but believes there is no box
Someone who knows karma is not a hokey Indian word for “just desserts”
Someone who agrees that contemporary society needs help
Someone who can have it all, but knows that a true sense of love and family is everything
Someone who has an affinity for things which are timeless
Someone who knows a supportive stance will out perform sarcasm and judgment anytime
Someone who respects the planet and its creatures
Someone who knows sex without tantra is good but bears little difference from sex alone
physical
the eyes first, always
hair, please have some – unless you’re a Krishna devotee in which case you've likely gotten lost on the internet
self respect through food, sleep, exercise, balance and shared support
wind pipes familiar with singing; well or otherwise
Meet men and women from California, United States. Mischievous and happy-go-lucky -- I love to laugh.
I also love my work and the life I've built.
I'm attracted to intellectual, imaginative, free-spirited and spiritual women who explore the furthest corners of life and existence.
I seek the indescribable -- she has to have something powerfully unique about her.
These qualities appeal to me:
- Sophistication: An independent, intriguing individual. Artistic types are a plus.
- Strength: Positivity at all times, a deliberate spirit that speaks up, even in disagreement.
- Serenity: Kindness, compassion to others. Love of life, friends and family.
- Smile: A laugh that puts me at ease. A smile that lifts me. Accents are a plus.
- Seduction: A soul who can express herself to me fully. And who looks sassy in a sundress.
Date people from California, United States. I'm tall, dark, handsome, intellectual, humorous, romantic, and sensitive. I love music, art, literature, and life in general. To me, life presents an unending flow of opportunities for new experiences, and my philosophy is to always remain open to these possibilities. Some of my favorite experiences to revisit again and again: the beach, surfing, hiking, sunsets, good food, good coffee, holding hands with someone I care about, reading exciting novels and beautiful poetry, being lazy and watching television, feeling good about the way I live my life. I hope to meet someone who shares some but not all of my interests, someone with whom to explore the variety and excitement of the world.
Meet a soulmate from California, United States. When I'm not crafting action thrillers, I'm exploring Venice on my bicycle, looking for the perfect heirloom tomato at the farmers market, checking out a KCRW Sunday Night concert at the Hollywood Bowl, an exhibit at LACMA, or exploring Solstice Canyon with my camera. I also renewed my season pass to Mammoth. (I used to teach kids to ski.)
I love trying out restaurants, and cooking at home, especially if it's a way to your heart. Food is a big part of my life, but I keep it healthy. I put in my hours at the gym so I can enjoy myself outside of it!
I grew up on the east coast, I come from a large and loving family, where laughter is the dominant expression, which is probably why my Grandfather lived past 100. I lived in Brooklyn, NY in my 20's, a great training ground for dealing with life’s ups and downs. I've traveled all over the world; Asia, Western, Central and Eastern Europe, Israel, Costa Rica. (All my photos are from a trip in March to London, Paris, Vienna, Budapest and Dubrovnik.) My future wish list includes a safari in Africa, the World Cup in Brazil, Maccu Picchu, and I'd like to honeymoon on an overwater bungalow in Bali or Bora Bora.
I make time for my friends and family, who are now all over the globe. I volunteer when I can, trying to do my part. I have good manners, a strong moral center and a solid character. I am a decent, spiritual person, but I'm not dogmatic. If there is a path that I walk, it is one of LOVE.
I'm hardworking and ambitious, but not so much that I can't make time for someone special. I am ready for something real, for a woman to cherish.
So, if you are a sexy girl with a keen mind and an even kinder heart, then please contact me, and be prepared to be asked out on a date!
Namaste.
Date someone special from United States. I’m an ambitious east coast gentleman mellowed out by a decade in California. The complements I hear female friends send my way -- smart, kind, a good communicator, great with people, handsome, cool and stylish. I live a pretty healthy lifestyle -- yoga, meditation and a solid dose of buddhist philosophy, but i also like to get out to interesting restaurants (mad yelp skills btw) and an occasional concert or museum. I’m told i can light up a room, but I also really value my downtime -- meeting for coffee, taking risks in the kitchen, hanging in a park with a good book or once in awhile giving into that big electronic box in the living room. I own a small software startup so work pretty hard, but I do look forward to putting it on the shelf to unwind and spend time with good friends. Great design turns me on, but i'm not a big collector of things. I'm more about people, experiences and great conversation. I'm well-educated, intellectually curious and also pretty spiritual, so there are very few things i'm uncomfortable talking about. That said, I've learned to appreciate silence and the unspoken.. Looking for a like-minded partner in crime.
Meet a man from United States. I enjoy being around a positive thinking person who lives everyday to the fullest and values honesty and loyalty. I also like someone with a good sense of humor who likes to laugh and make me laugh with a very passionate side to them. I am young for my age as I dont have any kids or past divorces and young at heart, not your typical 41 in that regard, also grew up with a heavy art and business background, but not in a office setting nor do I ever want that, never want to be stuck in a office all day,it just is not my idea of life,I also could say art is like my religion and love every aspect of art, design, and sculpture and the energy of it.Im very open to adventure and new ideas and hope to meet someone else who is not close minded about travel and adventure, who really wants to explore what life has to offer and not miss out on the great experiences
Vegas for blackjack and shows is always fun!!! or quick trip to ROME
I am German Spanish mix
Date single man from United States. I am simply a person trying to live my dreams out. Often my dreams become a reality. I tend to be a visionary vs a dreamer. I am a hopeless romantic who has hope. Always looking for inspiration in life. I am a passionate person about the things I love and believe in. Life is about taking risks. A life without risk is not worth living in my opinion.
I practice bohemianism and am an artist in the true sense of the word. I am sculptor, painter, poet and teacher by profession. I am not at all about money, nor do I measure success by the amount of money one makes. On the contrary my success in life is at the base of humanitarianism and volunteering my time with children, teenagers, elders and homeless. I believe in making a difference in the world.
I'm fortunate to be able to say that I have accomplished and have realized many of my hopes, desires and dreams. I will continue to do so as a way of living. I am an educated man and well traveled. I someday will say that I have traveled the world. That means having stepped in all 7 continents. I have loved and lost love. Although all this has been part of my journey, the journey is not over.
The people I would like to meet are individuals who inspire me, who have something to contribute to my path of learning and people who are open to learning from my path of life. I believe chemistry is key. I am looking for my best friend, my lover and my partner in revolution. Someone who wants to explore life and share time.
If you are her or what you have read is of some interest to you please just drop me a simple hello and we can start from there.
Meet men and women from United States. sh*t, is it possible to write one of these without coming off like a complete ass? Well, let's give it a try ... Seemingly like everyone else on the Western Seaboard, I moved here from NYC, but am originally from Montreal (the coolest little city with a heart of gold that unfortunately gets buried in a mountain of frozen water that falls from the sky (I believe it's called snow) between November and May). I enjoy mountain biking, rock climbing and scuba diving. I also enjoy mountain climbing, rock diving and scuba biking. (An hour with me and without at least some sarcasm is rather unlikely.) I am thoroughly enamored with driving myself up a wall with the NY Times Sunday crossword. I love BBQs with friends on Sundays, followed by the post-BBQ chill, and a post-post-BBQ chill episode of Weeds. I'd like to write the great american screenplay if doing so wasn't so cliched (and time-consuming). So instead I've taken up pinochle (and getting rather handy at it if I may say so...) My parents are still married. I have the three cutest nephews on the planet (no arguments please). I'm constantly in touch with my inner child via email. I have found Valhalla in Venice (its right off Speedway and Westminister...) Woody Allen movies, the late Jeff Buckley, anything recorded by Miles Davis prior to 1970, Kruder and/or Dorfmeister, the new Bon Iver, Jon Brion on Fridays at Largo, come to mind as especially wonderful. My pet peeves are pets, peeves, and people who use biting humor to transparently and unsuccessfully mask their darkest hidden fears. And I sincerely believe in daydreaming, if you have the time. And finally yes, I am trustworthy and can be serious. Trust me. Seriously.
You? ... Well, you're beautiful without make-up, friendly to strangers, somewhat cranky when you don't get what you want, but sweet and sensitive. You're ambitious and realize that life is short and not to be wasted. You prefer walking to driving, but love long drives on sunny weekend days. You like parties but dislike small talk. You don't regret things. You look forward to life's pleasures. Like traveling, laughing, good friends, family. You need support at times, but are confident enough in yourself not to require constant attention. And you're romantic and voice your appreciation of the little things I do for you...
Date people from United States. I'm a fun and funny California native looking for someone to share some laughs. Sense of humor is one of the most important qualities to me. If you enjoyed the movies There's Something About Mary, Pulp Fiction, American Beauty, Swingers, and When Harry Met Sally, then we definitely share the same sense of humor.
Some other quick things about me...I live by the motto "honesty is the best policy"; My Myers-Briggs personality type is INFP and it describes me very accurately (if you don't know what that is, try Google-ing it!); I'm a little shy at first, but my personality and sense of humor comes out as I warm up to someone; I love pets, but I'm allergic to most of them; I've lived in LA, SF, NYC, and Philly and love them all. I love to play most sports, especially golf, volleyball and tennis. I spend a lot of time maintaining my well-defined six-pack. It's always in my fridge at the perfect temperature! ;)
There is not a distinct look but rather distinct personality traits that I find myself attracted to in a woman. The women that I like to date are: kind, caring, funny, brutally honest, flirtatious, affectionate, considerate, and playful. But above all, I'm attracted to a woman with a "good heart".
Ultimately, I'm a happy person looking to share that happiness with a life-long partner. Ideally, that person will one day be my best friend who values honesty and trustworthiness as much as I do.
Meet a man from Venice, United States. My life is about 70% ordinary and 30% extraordinary.
I am attracted to sharp and witty women who I have chemistry with. I am not inhibited. My humor is dry and witty. My friends and family are near and dear to me.
I want to meet someone who I can have fun with and treasure as a lover and best friend. Games are a waste of time.
