I'm very passionate about keeping fit and eating healthy foods. I'm probably at 24 hour fitness like 7 days a week with a set routine doing things along the lines of doing sprints on a treadmill 1-2 day a week then powerlifting/bodybuilding for the rest of the days of the week. I tried to train for a half marathon but due to my very bad knees from previous powerlifting/bodybuilding injuries I had to stop. I started lifting weights since I was 16 years old.
In case you are curious about how fit I am and how serious I am about keeping extremely fit: I currently stand in at 5' 11", 179-181lbs, last I measured I stand in at about 12% body fat, my body measurements are the following without flexing my muscles 44"-31"-37". I believe in taking care of myself so that I don't have a gut hanging out. When I was 25 years old, I tried to compete for a 100% natural bodybuilding show but I injured my shoulders; leaving me only to just to maintain my extremely fit look. If you are curious about how physically strong, fast (with respect to running speed in quarter miles), how high I can jump with what amount of weight I have added to my body, or how flexible I am even though I am slightly bigger than the normal Asian guy, please feel free to ask. You can assume that my workouts are very high to nearly extremely insane intensity levels in order to keep extremely fit.
I am very honest, open, and loyal person to my friends. I wear my heart on my sleeves and I will try my best to make my friends happy. I used to play pool/billiards every day until my favorite pool hall nearby my area closed down. I like hanging out with my friends and family (especially my little nephew who I spoil and tease him about certain foods he likes to eat or his favorite/common quotes). Sometimes just going out for a walk at night time is very relaxing and allows me to clear my mind.
I know how to play the piano and I took piano lessons since I was four all the way up till my Grad school years. I passed the Certificate of Merit advanced test during my Senior Year in high school. These days I've been trying to find the time and motivation to pick up piano again.
I'm looking for someone lift weights with me at the gym, hit up a nightclub once in a while to dance the night away, go with me to try out different restaurants, watch good movies, someone who's caring, understanding, accepting, loyal, honest, open, someone who I could share my life with as well as I to be there for them and learn about their lives. Most importantly explore life and introduce me to new things. One of my most important traits that she needs to have is that they need to be close with their immediate family members.
