i own a small thriving, (and slowly expanding) business working with dogs and manage/sing lead for an event band here in santa barbara. i love writing and recording my own music.. perhaps someday i'll share it with the world and figure out how to pull it off live.
bottom line, i am a nice guy. nice, but not boring. :D -i do tend to have a unapologetically off color (and most times) sometimes dirty, and certainly honest sense of humor ((if you like stuff like "it's always sunny in philadelphia", family guy, 30 rock, etc. we'll get along great~)). however, i certainly know when to "can-it" and be a gentleman. i am very artistically inclined and inventive. i strive to keep myself in good shape and am definitely a health food/ healthy living enthusiast. i am a good cook.. well decent, but always improving~
i am very happy and quite proud to have the best, most handsome and sweetest black lab on the planet. i also love my grumpy little senior 4 pound foster chihuahua. seriously, his "grumptitude" makes him hilarious.
i am the guy that donates to ALDF, NPR and KCRW. i try and volunteer when i can for animal welfare. i also sponsor a 5 year old kenyan girl and a rescue chimp family down in florida. (i'd like someone who also cares about helping those around them as well.)
i smile entirely too much. i am completely grammatically challenged and overuse emoticons! ;P
i have a relatively big personality when i'm in the spotlight (can certainly be a ham and definitely aim to make you laugh* ), but usually i am quite mellow and content with with small things life has to offer. i am a huge fan of all things science. oh and not to brag, but i could totally sing the pants off yo momma.

things i love? - writing, performing and listening to music. (fun fact: chaka khan recorded one of my songs for an upcoming charity cd for children with autism~ ) anything art. mellow, easy going and good natured people.. punctuality, a GREAT SMILE, someone shorter than me, animal loving people, health awareness, intelligence, people who give as much or more than they take. loyalty. someone who laughs a lot or at everything. someone socially conscious. a well defined inner nerd.
