Meet a man from San Luis Obispo, United States. Kind, considerate and playful "boy-next-door." Would like to get to know a quality lady to see if we have what it takes to grow closer. Believe that a physical relationship is something to be earned and cherished, and that "hooking-up" is meant for freight trains. Would like to share an opportunity to maximize our health. Content to be 67, but still love playful adventure and have no interest in rocking chairs. Honest and open communication is essential. While a degree of spirituality is desireable, organized religious beliefs and practices are not.
Would like to share the road to maximum health by cooking nutritious and satisfying meals together, along with frequent exercise on the trail, in the pool, or at the gym.
Strongly support loving family values and sharing time with them.
Ready to hit the road in any direction at any time. with my mate.
Fond of arts and entertainment from the Palm to Louvre and most everything in between. Also thrilled with motorized objects from the sounds of Harley Davidsons and Pratt Whitneys to the speeds at the Bakersfield Drags and the Bonnneville Salt Flats. Also enjoy shapely autos from the National Roadster Show in Pomona to the Concourse d' Ellegance in Pebble Beach.
Believe that open, honest and frequent communication from the heart is essential for a smooth and satisfying relationship and to support each others needs and dreams.
Also believe in sharing everyday tasks more than following traditional roles from the caveman days.
How about a no-obligation, no-expectation lunch date by the seashore to share where life has taken us and where we hope to go?
Date a soulmate from United States. Hi, thanks for stopping by ;
I came to NY City in the mid- 60's from Israel to study Physical Therapy ( Col. u. NYU) and had a long satisfying career in Physical Therapy( at least 15 years of which were spent in Pediatrics). I retired in 2008 and moved from Brooklyn NY to the central coast to start my "new career": inventing / developing mobility devices for handicapped babies.
Such projects challange my creativity and energy, but I still enjoy the out-doors (walk, camp, kayak, swim, hike, mountain road bike, do serious photography- and more). Culture and art have been an integral part of my life, I seek and Seriously enjoy music (mostly classical, but not only), theatre, modern dance and art of a wide variety. Frequenting L.A S.F, NYC ( or further away shores) for culture and adventure is a given. I've continued learning to play piano, have taken up sculpting with wood - (an old dream), and regularly experiment with cooking and creative writing. Spending time with good friends discussing endless topics of interest / concerns (such as the state of the world, country, environment, the human condition ) over home - cooked food good wine) is one of the many ways I socialize. I regularly attend cultural events, am involved in promoting liberal/ progressive causes of / for the greater good. And hey, there are always great books, good movies, tai chi and much more, aren't there?!
I think i qualify as a fun guy with a touch of seriousness, attentiveness, a sense of nostalgia, appreciation of the world, and artistic creativity, mixed with awareness and attention paid to the exterior physical world, and the interior, emotional/psychological world . I believe that the world is essentially more complex than we usually seem to think, including human dynamics. I'm respectful, mindful and appreciative of what transpires between people in general, and most significantly, in a relationship involving establishing emotional bonds.
Since you're reading this you must be looking for essentially the same thing that all of us using these screens are after : A meaningful, satisfying companionship, to share one's experiences and inner life with someone special - for the " rest of the journey". That's what i'm looking for as well.
I hope you're relating to some ( all ?!) of what you read so far, finding it of interest; I hope your'e enjoying your life, and are looking for a relationship of openly shared, meaningful communication; I hope you're sensible ( and sensitive), psychologically aware and emotionally available, resourceful, fun, liberal, have essentially resolved your personal baggage, is open minded, enjoy similar aspects of life as I do AND your own, and lastly- I hope you're approaching life with passion, awareness, humor, excitment, seriousness, and with touches of creativity, sensuality and reflectiveness ( in any order you'd like it) -
if my hopes are correct then i'd be delighted to hear from you.
enjoy
Meet someone special from United States. I am very physically active...I have run 53 Marathons and intend to run many more. I also enjoy Square Dancing and Contra Dancing and intend to do both for the rest of my life. I don't really believe in the word "retirement" because I would become bored. I like week end travels to Dance Festival in California Cities but will even go to other states some day. I have never had children but honor those women who have raised children. At this point in my life I am not looking to start a family and believe I would rather spend the money that would be spent on raising children on travel instead. I adore the idea of romantic weekends...such as taking the Amtrak Train to San Francisco...and dining on Fisherman's Wharf and then going out on the town to see live entertainment or go for cruises on the Bay. Going to a Contra Dance festival with my date would be heaven. Foggy Moon Festival in Monterey and Harvest Moon Festival in Santa Barbara come to mind. I love cooking and have a shelf in my kitchen just for recipe books. A lady who is handy in the kitchen would be swell. Potluck dinners excite me! At my age of 68, sexual activity is still important. I have no health issues and would like to meet a similar partner. I also believe that we are "Spiritual beings living in a physical body." If you relate to that statement, we need to meet.

I would like someone who would like to share my intersts in music,country drives ocean sunsets, BBQs,and lots of tender moments. I am a professional self employed man who loves his work in real estate. I've been at it for 40 years and look foreward to the next 40! I have had 3 0ffices in SLO County; in Arroyo Grande, in Cambria and the main office in SLO. In the 1980s I Brokered for some 30 sales staff, but when the market droped out in "89 I shut most of it down to just two of us. My daughter and daughter in law are pondering getting their licenses and when they have had some competent experiance, I may open another local office to make it a 3 generation business. Above, it says I'm heavyset, but in the last two months, I'e gone from 250 to 220, and counting, I'm aiming at 180 to 190! It will happen!!! I enjoy the shooting sports at the local shooting ranges...mostly shotguns at trap and skeet. I also like old cars and long country drives to places like up the coast, the alelaida, the lakes, the carizzo plains, Montery County and others too numerous to mention. Someday soon, I hope to learn how to put some pictures into this damn profile, when my daughter finds the time to show me how. Thanks for taking the time to read my story and for sending me an Email. Extra note: "No matter what medium, it is the work of the artist to create the illusion and extract the emotion...it's too bad when some bereaucrats and politicians think they are artists!" By yours truely.
Date someone special from United States. I am a very healthy business owner, hard worker who works hard and ready to play some. I am wanting a LTR with a companion or mate to share our life together. As an old country friend said " I want both of us pulling on the same rope, in the same direction!" Would like to find that relationship that puts a twinkle in the eye, a thump in the heart, and a smirk in the smile! Do I need to say more? I am looking for someone who enjoys home, an evening out, can tolerate a change in plans, traveling in an RV, meeting new people, family, holiday meals, and spending quiet time together.
