I run a restaurant…it’s a good job…good pay and benefits, but the hours are pretty harsh…make’s some things (like meeting new people and dating difficult at times). I’ve been picking up classes here and there, to get into water treatment and hydro-engineering (it’s kind of a long story). Let’s see…what else? Music is probably my biggest passion…I love all types of music…I love to play, to write, to listen. I also have a movie collection that puts most Blockbusters to shame.
I try not to spend too much time on my couch watching movies and playing guitar though. I like to get out and go for a good long hike or a bike ride when I can. I’m also kind of a “foodie”, so it’s important to me to try and stay active as much as I can (gotta’ work off all those calories when I can).
I’ve been called “witty” and dare I say even “charming” at times…I tend to think “geeky” and “nerdy” fit the bill a little more often though. The only other words I want to throw out there are “honest” and “sincere”…I would say those are the only two words that really matter to me the most.

I work a lot, often 50-60 hours a week. I have tons of responsibility in my career and it sometimes affects me. Coming home after a long day tends to be a movie night and crashing early. I am used to waking up early, most days before 5am and often in bed by 10pm. I am a homebody.
I'm a big guy and have had some health issues over the years. I’ve made some major life changes in the last two years and things are improving. I used to be an alcoholic and party a lot. But over the last 5 years I’ve been exiting that life style. I do drink, mostly beer and mostly social. But I do crack a few beers from time to time after a long day of work. I’ve been changing my diet and exercise to lose weight and get away from the health problems that come with being a big guy. I’m looking for someone that eats’ fairly healthy. Home cooked meals with lots of veggies, although I love meat.
I am 4:20 friendly however my career sometimes drug tests me so I don’t have any drug addictions. I am not ok with any other drugs in the house, including prescription narcotics. If you need them for a legitimate reason like surgery or whatever then that’s 100% acceptable. But taking Norco’s for headaches is not cool.
You must be open to my family. I come from a long line of poverty and this will be apparent when you meet my family. I have worked hard to break the cycle so if I have kids they will live a much better childhood than I did. I grew up wanting things I could never have so when I was able to build a career I went for it and have become very successful. However I do have to deal with having a family that is almost opposite from myself.
