I love the outdoors and all athletic endeavors. There is nothing like having a couple hours to work out whether it be a long hike with a friend, time at the gym, or swimming in a mountain lake. I enjoy going to films and seeing all kinds live music. I recently saw three Bluegrass Bands at the Mystic including my favorite The Brothers Comatose. It was a blast I have not danced that much in a while. I just got back from seeing the film Beasts of the Southern Wild with a friend, great film. I thought I would mention that as my liking it might tell you something about me. I enjoy meeting new people and learning about what makes them tick which is probably why I like what I do for a living.
I love my children a bunch and have them half time which along with my career and my community involvement keeps me busy. But after being divorced for several years I still find a challenge in creating new adventures for myself in the times that I am not with my children. My children's mother and I have a positive co-parenting relationship which I am grateful for.
I have a good sense of humor and can laugh at the simple ironies of life as well as at myself. I can keep it lite but also have the capacity to listen intently and converse at a deep level. I am one for public displays of affection and being able to connect physically and with passion is important to me once a good foundation for a relationship has been established. It is my hope to find someone to share a lasting relationship with a relationship that fosters mutual growth and contentment.
I would love to find someone who I have things in common with. Someone who loves the outdoors and being in nature. It would be great to work out with someone, play tennis, golf or maybe take a long walk on the beach and follow it up with dinner and a movie. Where does one begin. Well....I was born in San Diego, raised in San Francisco and Marin. I moved to Marin when I was in middle school then moved to Petaluma about 5 years ago. I recently bought a house there and at the moment I spend my time making it a place to call home.
I have a son who is 27 who is on his own now and miss him dearly! I don't have a large family.... it's really just me and my son. I have my friends that are family to me.
IРІР‚в„ўm a Filipino/Italian that was raised Catholic. I converted to Buddhism during a rough time in my life and found my soul. I still have roots in the Catholic world, but Buddhism really speaks to my heart.
So here are a few little things about me. I love superhero movies, comedy of any kind, baseball/football, (yes IРІР‚в„ўm a giants fan / 49er fan), chocolate and vanilla swiss almond ice cream. Haagen-daz of course. I love the finer things in life, but could do with out if I had to. I love long walks on the beach, long slow passionate kisses, snuggling and sitting with that special someone watching the sunset. I love the everything about the ocean. I believe we create our lives and always have a choice in how we feel. I challenge myself daily to be the best person I can and to always learn something new. I currently work at a small RE company in San Rafael and IРІР‚в„ўm enrolled in a on-line Nutritional Health Coaching coarse in NY. ItРІР‚в„ўs very interesting and I really love it. I believe in being healthy. You are what you eat ;)
