Date a man from Orangevale, United States. About me, OK I'm new to this and I haven't "dated" in @ 10years, sooooo bear with me. As mentioned, I'm 62 although I've been told that I look younger, I'm active, in good shape, and attempt to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I spent the past 35 years working in the human services/counseling/social work field and have recently retired, although it hasn't seemed that way until recently.
I enjoy most types of outdoor activities: hiking, biking, kayaking, water skiing/wake boarding, scuba diving, softball, and too many more to mention. Basically I'm ready for almost anything as long as it won't get me arrested. In addition, I enjoy live music, sports, theatre, comedy etc. I love to travel, experience different cultures, countries and food and if I can dive while I'm there, that's even better.
Finally, I am NOT a computer guy, hence the reason there are no pictures with this profile, at this time. I am waiting for a friend to show me how to attach pictures, so I can show something recent. Thank you for your patience.

Date a woman from Orangevale, United States. Here is a little bit about who I am and what I'm searching for. My life has been very full with wonderful children and grandchildren. The years ahead should be the best. I'm looking for someone who at the end of the day is a best friend, wanting to see me and wants to share his day as well as listen about mine. I think you need to have similar interests and respect all living things to coexist with a partner. I'm emotionally generous and loving, and care deeply about the people in my life. I'm loyal, trustworthy, and honest and want nothing less. I believe happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute, every day, with love, kindness, grace and gratitude for Gods blessings. Life is a gift, and it is not what we do for a living, it's what we do while we're living that will make a difference.
I have two large dogs (a lab and a shepherd) which I adore...they've been my sole companions for awhile now. I guess you might call me a big time animal lover. I've also had cats, fish, birds, and chickens as pets. I'm into organic gardening, herbs, essential oils, no chemicals...all natural foods. A healthy lifestyle is important to me. I enjoy the mountains...taking drives up to Tahoe...walking along the beach...I like adventures...love the outdoors...golf... going to the movies, bowling, just relaxing on the sofa watching TV is great too. I'm open to trying new things. Don't like cold weather though. I belong to a photography meetup group and love taking pictures.
Family is of greatest importance. I'm looking for someone who is also family oriented and wants to join mine and I his.
What am I looking for in a man? Well a sense of humor is a must. Someone who is open minded, easy going, health conscious, likes nature...organic food....cares about our world and most of all compassionate. Someone who will adore me and be truthful at all times.
