Thank you for looking at my profile. I am a young thinking clean cut, well groomed, true Southern Gentleman who enjoys success and the better things in life, and demonstrates fortitude and integrity. I am a man who is friendly, trustworthy, truthful, loyal, kind, courteous, very romantic and loving, resourceful, respectful, considerate, well-mannered, dignified, and protective.
I was born, raised, grew up, and married in Arkansas. We moved from Arkansas to Missouri, Tennessee, Texas, and Kansas with the railroad. We moved from Kansas to Washington, DC/Virginia, and then Philadelphia/West Chester, Pennsylvania with the Federal Government. We lived on the East Coast from 1975 to 2010. After my wife passed away in 2010, I moved from South Eastern Pennsylvania to Southern California to be near my grandchildren, daughter and son-in-law.
I am 71 years young and I don't feel my age. I have enjoyed careers in three seperate but intertwined career fields during my life. I served with the National Guard, US Army, and Army Reserve from 1957 through 1978. I served with a Major Railroad from 1959 through 1975. I served with the Federal Government from 1975 through January 2005.
I retired from the US Army/Army Reserve at the rank of Major in 2000, I retired as an Officer from a major railroad via Railroad Retirement in 2002, and I retired as a Senior Level Manager from the Federal Government in 2005.
Since moving to SoCal, I have working to matriculate. I own 2010 Ford Edge, which is fully equipped including GPS. What a blessing to not get lost anymore. A neighbor introduced me to his model train group which works on Tuesday of each week and I have been helping with the Grand Kids' activities, all this helps keep me young.
Who am I looking for in this connection?
