I think I am a pretty well rounded guy. I know how to cook a few things, have a number of great friend that I constantly try to make their lives better, I am in tight with my family and my grandma is surely my best friend.
I am overly open to new things and go on aimless adventures. However, I do not like to schedule myself out too far in advance. I think there is something missed when you do not evaluate the actual day's possibilities.
I am successful in my career, heading up the Environmental Dept at that hightech place in Mountain View. I am happy and challenged with my career. I also no how to separate from it each day.
I am resourceful. A couple years back, I took a few months off to literally knock my house to the ground and build myself a new one. Yes... with my own hands. Very challenging project and love the way it turned out. It is very gratifying to have designed and built my own place.
I try to eat and live a healthy lifestyle. Sometimes it works - but sometimes I slip up. Ultimately, I think I am in pretty good shape. I have a few muscles here and there, but am not ready for a oiled body competition - nor am I interested in being ready for that. Every now and again my little belly creeps into the world - but with shock - I am able to force it away with a week of salads and bike rides...
I have traveled to various countries and am not done. I prefer interesting places as opposed to Hawaii.
I have a lot of interests: Dwell inspired DIY house projects, on and off road motorcycle exploration trips, skateboarding large concrete bliss, and I enjoy my introverted side and chill out at home with my aging Border Collie.
Ultimately, I am looking to meet someone who can equally take part in making both of our lives fun, loving, and rich in mutual respect. I also need help remembering to take out the garbage cans - from time to time.

Meet people from Los Gatos, United States. I've been lucky with a great family and incredible friends. Our road trips, vacations, weekend events and dinners are always something to look forward to. I am a Midwestern transplant (MI), from 9 years ago, who appreciates the Bay Area. I'm typically craving a mtn bike ride, a ski wknd, a camping/hiking trip or a relaxing beach wknd. I also enjoy a random lazy day when needed. I have travelled mildly and would like to see more of my 'Bucket List' places. My career is secure and I like what I do. And I finally discovered the joy in keeping my personal life separate from work (yes you can always ask about both).

I'm looking for the unique 'click'. I seem to be a sucker for the confident, active, smart@$$, witty, adventurous type with a relaxing side. Someone who is just as comfortable in flip-flops, t-shirt, jeans as she is with a weekend getaway.
