Dining in restaurants is a favorite activity of mine, and I'm counteracting the fattening effects by walking to work, about four miles in about an hour and a half, every chance I get, which has helped me recently to lose about 30 pounds, bringing me to about 235, and I intend to continue until I feel healthy.
