I was born in Belgium and lived Taiwan, Atlanta, Seattle and the Bay Area. I've spent the most time in the Bay so consider this area my home. Having travelled through most of Europe and many parts South East Asia, I think I'm fairly cultured and open minded. I love how there is always something new to be learned, some ways to be inspired when I step into a foreign place, it's exciting and intimidating at the same time. My travelling experience really granted me new perspectives in life and helped me appreciate all the things I have and take for granted.
I definitely have a creative side even though my job requires mostly my left brain only. I love going to museums, galleries, concerts and symphonies and I draw and pretend to be a photographer in my free time. I got into motorcycling about a year ago and it really is the most fun thing I've ever done. Some people say it's too dangerous but hey, just leaving the house is pretty dangerous, and what about online dating? That dream man/woman you've been talking to may be a taxidermist, or worse, a librarian...with 10 cats (no disrespect to all the librarians out there, of course)! Anyways, I digress. I work with Internet related technologies and I am very happy with my career progression although I could definitely use more vacation days :) At this point in life I am thinking about settling down and grow some roots so I hope meet someone with similar expectations. - cooking with my closed friends or family. Oui oui, we stay in the kitchen for 3h and then 3 more hours at the dinner table... As long as the company and wine are good and there is enough of the latter, you should be able to handle that...
- Dancing. I will be the first and the last on the dance floor. I like Latin dances the most (salsa, chachacha....) I will always save the last dance for you...
