I grew up in a small town in upstate New York but after twenty years in the Navy and living here, I consider myself a Californian. I was an air traffic controller for twenty years and now I work in law enforcement. I have many things I enjoy doing but my passion is cooking and creating new culinary ideas. I have my own line of seasoning blends and barbeque sauces that I enjoy exploring new cuisines with. If you are ready for a personal chef, I'm here. Anything outdoors is for me. I've traveled to many places and enjoy learning or experiencing new things. However, I also enjoy spending a night at home sharing a great meal and some wine.
