I enjoy good conversations - some serious, but most not so much. I especially enjoy hearing a man's point of view. And laughter is never over-rated. Spending time together in the kitchen creating a great meal is a joy - whether the result is a success or failure isn't really important - it's the attempt that matters. Working in the garden and refinishing furniture that I've found at estate sales are both new interests - sharing that with someone who also enjoys those interests would be an added (but not essential) bonus. I love being outdoors; I'm fit but not an athlete - working out in a gym is my idea of spending time in Hell's waiting room. For me, something as simple as running errands together, or taking a day trip to somewhere new, can become a special event when shared. I'm contented with a day spent wearing jeans but also love going into the City. Life is so exciting and can be even more so with the right "co-conspirator". The man who would most interest me is one who is comfortable with himself, enjoys life, knows the importance of friends, and likes dogs (I have one).
