Meet someone special from Hollister, United States. Life to me is a grand adventure. And on that adventure, I've got some really awesome friends...yet I lack that one, elusive female companion who...well, "completes me."
Music is the biggest aspect of my life, and I'm a pretty hardcore fan of heavy metal. I need a partner who can either share that with me or at least appreciate it. Writing music is my dearest ambition in life, though I realize the need for more practical jobs and such to pay the bills...but I'm still a big dreamer all the way!
If not music, my ideal match at least needs to share some other interests with me, and definitely needs to have a sense of humor that can elicit a genuine laugh from me. My own personality is often silly, playful, witty, ironic, yet at times can be pessimistic and even outright dark, but I'm generally good-natured, and I want someone who can match all that. Someone who's usually on the same wavelength as me. The kind of person who can tell me what she's thinking with a single look, and vice versa.
I also have to say I'm a bit of an introvert, but more recently I've been forcing myself to talk to new people and make new friends. It can be hard, but it's usually worth it. I could live with an introverted companion, but I'd probably prefer a slightly more outgoing one, who's approachable and easy to talk to, about any subject really. I'd like our conversations to be full of enthusiasm punctuated by comfortable silences, rather than a few dull observations followed by lengthy, awkward silences.
Recently I've begun to take an interest in my outward appearance as well, trying to drop some of these extra pounds in an attempt to reconcile the man I am on the inside with the one people see on the outside. Don't take that the wrong way though - I'm not obsessed with outward appearances, and my definition of what is attractive can be rather forgiving...but just know that I, like everyone else, have at least some degree of standards.
My life is fairly stable...I've got a job, a car, and a continuing education (what more could I ask for at 23 years old?), and the people I surround myself with - friends and family alike, all of whom I am grateful to have in my life - are also stable. We all have our ups and downs, but we all live in the moment and enjoy life for the most part. Care to enjoy it with me? ;)

I really like old movies and old music. I could watch TCM all day. After high school I spent a few months traveling Europe by myself. I love meeting new people, learning new languages, and learning about the history & culture of another group of people. My goal in life is to see the whole world at least once.
