Date men and women from California, United States. Hi, I'm looking for a friend right now, I'm in a relationship but i'm not happy and I thought I found my soulmate but I guess I didn't. It's been 10 years and I'm ready to find the right guy to live the rest of my life with. I want him to be family man, I have two grown boys but they are still a hand full. One of them have three kids, yes i'm a Nana and I love it. They are in my life big time. I wanted more but couldn't have any, not because of me. I don't swim but I have a swimming pool. I like to go to garage sales and thrift stores, I like to collect things like shot glasses, stamps, coins, lots of stuff. I love to take pictures, I always have a camera on me where ever I go, I wish I could have a job where I take pictures of things or places. but I do love my job, I work at a high school and I enjoy being with teenagers, I understand them and sometimes see their point of view instead of a adults point of view... go figure.. I"m usually a happy person, and I look at life as always having light at the end of the tunnel. This is all new. I am going into this with an open mind and no expectations to see where this takes me in my next chapter of life. It's all about new beginnings.
First and foremost, I value my family. I have 2 children, both are graduated from college (yes, I am a proud mom). You might say my work is done as a parent but it never really is. With the kids all grown, I have plenty of free time on my hands.
I work hard and play hard. Vacations and weekend get aways are very important to me. I take at least 1 destnation vacation a year. I love to travel. Some of my favorite tropical paradises - Yucatan Pennisula, Turks & Caicos, El Nido Palawan, Hawaii, Ixtapa. While there, I lrelax on the beach with a mix of adventure - snorkeling, kayaking, sailing, site seeing. I also enjoy exploring other countries - basking in its culture, enjoying local cuisines, and exploring the sites. I am an avid bowler. I bowl in a league and from time to time I'll join tournaments. During the winter, skiing is my choice of sport. I am not an expert but I can get down a blue run in one piece. Don't get me wrong I am not always on the go, I cherish and enjoy the peace and serenity of home life too. Baking is my passion, candle lit dinners are my specialty, curling up on the couch to watch a movie or read is my idea of relaxing, and spending quality time with that special someone...well that goes with out saying. Also, I like to entertain with family and friends.
