In the winter, for the last 2 years, I rented my home and studio and traveled solo, making a film on dance and nature, for 7 months in South America in 2010-11, and 5 1/2 months in Senegal, India, Nepal and Thailand in 2011-12. I love to dance, and I'm also a certified yoga teacher and scuba diver. I have an amazing daughter who is living part time at home at the moment, after graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from college in May. In many ways she has been my biggest teacher in life. I have a Masters Degree in Fine Art, and earlier in my life was enrolled in a Masters program in Wildlife Biology. Art and science have always held a strong fascination for me, especially in their processes of exploration.
I'm interested in finding a partner in life, someone who loves to dance and to travel, who doesn't mind the adventures of the road in remote villages, but can also appreciate a fine meal in Paris or Rome.
