I am independent, but am so because I have to be. Ideally, I'd have that perfect person on whom I can rely and he can do the same.... to have a blast exploring our surroundings and enjoying life together. I am most interested in someone who is active and who loves animals, especially dogs. Seriously, you must love (not just tolerate) animals - no exceptions. And, someone that is capable of communication and has the ability to listen is a must! I don't mean that both people need to constantly be engaged in talking about feelings, needs, etc., but unless both people are open, honest, and up front about what is going on and what they want/need, the relationship just won't be as fun and most likely won't last.
I also hope to find someone that knows how to live in the moment... and who can be present - not someone who is always distracted with his own life, obligations, business, etc. Super career minded and success is great, but not at the expense of spending some complete one on one time with your girl. And a little shy is fine (I can be too, although I am good at hiding it), but I tend to have the most fun with guys that don't check out in social situations (not that I am out all the time b/c I actually very much enjoy staying home). But, I am most attracted to guys that are friendly, outgoing, and gregarious, yet sophisticated (not necessarily in attire, but demeanor), and so are NOT obnoxious and constantly silly. And last but not least, I require a sensitive side too and a guy who knows when an opinion or comment is necessary and when one is not. Being a straight shooter is fine, as long as you have some tact.

During the week I like to spend my time playing soccer, going to the gym and meeting friends for dinner or happy hour. On the weekends it just depends on whatРІР‚в„ўs going on, although I love when the sun comes out so I can enjoy being outside. I like going to the racetrack too since itРІР‚в„ўs nearby, and I love to travel so hopefully I can squeeze in a trip in my near future.
I enjoy meeting new people but can be shy sometimes, depending on the setting. I'm the kinda girl you can take to a big group activity, introduce me to 1 person and I'll be good to go on my own after that ;) I can be a little sarcastic sometimes too, so hopefully you like that and if I'm dishing it out, I promise to take it too ;)
