I love to swim, I hit the beach and trails for runs and hikes and take my road bike out on early morning weekend rides. No stranger to the free weights at the gym.
When I travel (local and far-flung sights) it's to soak myself in a new culture and way of living, be awed by what I experience. Exploring through food, cooking and wine, the outdoors, conversation with friends, picnic/BBQ, getting out somewhere new, making and finding fun and adventures are all ways I like to live.
I'm originally from Wisconsin but I have lived in a number of places in my adult life (a stint overseas which I'd love to repeat given the opportunity). My parents are still married, I'm the oldest of 4, the big sister. I miss them, I wish they'd move here! We all turned out very well and our reunions are a lot of fun.
