Let me start by saying I'm looking for someone who is Honest, caring, FUN, smart, has a great family, well rounded, independent, secure....the list can go on and on. I'm a very fun person to be around and I enjoy life to the fullest. I'm a total sports chick but i'm also a girlie girl. I love getting dressed up to go out for a night on the town or put my sweats on and watch a movie. I'm a river girl all the way... I love traveling...next on my list is Ireland or Costa Rica. I'm a big time family girl...my mom and dad are my best friends and I wouldn't be anywhere without them. I spend a lot of time with my sister and spend as much time as I can with my triplet nieces and nephew. Yup, you read that right!!! My brother and sister in law had triplets in April and we couldnt be more thrilled to have them apart of our lives. They are the best babies EVER!
I love my friends to death. I would walk to the end of the earth for each and every one of them. I'm extremely loyal and can be too forgiving but i'm the type of person that would rather forgive then hold grudges...takes to much energy to dislike or hate people.

My friends would describe as kind, shy, funny, very sweet, considerate, dependable, and honest (yes, I asked my friend and this is what she sent me).
On the average weekend you will find me hanging out with family or friends. I enjoy having a girls night, and I find that very important for balance in my life. I like my alone time as well, and I need it in order to be a happy and well rounded individual.
The things that make me smile are seeing recognition on my students faces when they have achieved one of their goals, helping friends out, seeing my niece grow up and reach new milestones, and a good nights rest.
What I am looking for in a significant other is common interests (really, isn't everyone?), open communication, shared values (integrity, honesty, loyalty, trust), fiscal responsibility, open to new experiences (ie: exploring new places or trying new foods and restaurants), someone who has good family values, someone who can respect my discomfort with limited PDAs around my family, someone who enjoys traveling (weekend trips, day trips), someone who is up for a day of immersing yourself into another culture (are you up to going to a pow wow or visiting China Town during Chinese New Year), and someone who generally enjoys spending time outdoors.
So what common interests do I want to share? Hiking, working out (I'm not looking for perfection, but I would like my significant other to work out to stay healthy), camping, cultural events (see above), and travel.
