I currently work at a family owned transportation company and on Wednesdays and Sundays as a firearms/tactical instructor. My Instructor job is very fulfilling and I always find it hard to believe that I get paid to do something I love and am so passionate about. I am very ambitious regarding my instructing career.
My friends especially those I consider to be my brothers and sisters are the most important thing in my life. I am the frequent host of BBQ's and holiday get tog-ether's. A great deal of my friends i have known for 15 plus years and we have literally been through a great deal together. Growing up my parents were usually busy with work so I was raised by my grandmother and my morning and afternoon cartoons and books. My favorite stories were the tales of King Arthur and his knights. I would even go far as to say that the characters in the stories became surrogate father figures to me. I have a very strong sense of right and wrong. I believe that kindness and generosity are the foundations for a man's character. Your are mighty because you are right never the other way around. I have a very big sense of honor and loyalty as the experiences and in my life has taught me that those two virtues must always be at a premium.
I graduated from cal poly pomona with a BA in history. I originally planned on becoming a history teacher, unfortunately that did not work out so luckily I found a career that incorporates shooting and teaching. I'm also a huge sci-fi geek and fantasy nerd, though i don't look like it at all. I have a great deal of tattoo's both of my arms, chest, back, and lower neck.
I work out 5 times a week at the local 24 hour fitness and am very active on the weekends usually airsofting and instructing on the range Sundays.
One of my favorite things is cooking especially for other people.
Most weeknights I unwind on my couch(its a really awesome couch) and watch my shows: NCIS(both of them), criminal minds, bones, supernatural, sons of anarchy, justified, hawaii 5-0 just to name a few. I absolutely love movies, I can pretty much quote pulp fiction and kingdom of heaven along with a few others.
I am very open to new things and I try to live my life by the motto "your only here once so experience everything you can before your gone". The older I get the more willing I am to try and experience all the wonders that life has to offer. I have traveled to New Zealand, Australia, South Korea, Taiwan, the entire mid western United states, Alaska, so traveling is definitely a favorite thing to do.
I'm really looking for some one to share things with, I am looking for something that may lead to a long term relationship. I'm mostly done with night clubs and bar hopping, though going out with someone special is a totally different experience. I find it rather hard to describe the ideal person. Kindness, generosity, and the ability to keep me on my toes is a plus. Strong independent, assertive women have always sparked my interest. Obviously we have to vibe on the same things share views and have similar likes and dislikes, but to truly quantify I find rather difficult as there are so many people out there that you can have potential relationships with.

My friends are very important to me, but do not dictate my decision making. I love watching sports and go as often as I can, and I also like playing sports. I love snowboarding, but wasn't able to go this year because I had knee surgery and just couldn't make it.
