No, I'm not crazy --- I just love nature and birds. I recently enjoyed watching some little hummingbirds fighting over their feed dish as they ate. Another exciting incident that happened recently was watching baby birds nearby learning to fly! I love to travel and see different sights and meet different people. At the same time, I love my home and like to read, watch TV (movies, news, sports, etc.). I guess I would say I am part social butterfly and part homebody. I am an animal lover and have a little rascal of a Chihuahua named Molly. I also have a Himalayan cat named Mitzi............my M&M's! I love all animals. I have a strong wonderful bond with my son and daughter which is especially meaningful since my husband passed away several; years ago. I am sincere, playful, honest and do not play games. I like to play cards and people watch. I feel that honesty, sincerity and a sense of humor are very important in a relationship and that is what I am looking for in a future companion................someone who is sincere, honest and trustworthy. Two mornings a week I volunteer at the local library with several other people. Many donations come in, and we categorize them for all to see in the lobby. Also belong to a book group that chooses an author for a yearly presentation. I am an Oregonian by birth and a University of Oregon alum (Go Ducks!). Will attend at least 2 Oregon football games this fall. I have 5 grandchildren that I adore. None of them live close by but fortunately a family reunion recently (June 2011) in Seattle brought us altogether. Always more to tell but this brief "resume" gives a picture of my profile.
