Date a man from California, United States. I like being active whether it is on horseback, a bike, a paddle board, exercising or going to an event. Football season can put me on the couch. I smiIe easily and tend to get others to join along with my quick wit and surprising humor. I have many fantastic friends for many years that understand good comradare. We just accept one another for who and what we are. No grouches are included. Simple things are good like enjoying the passing of time with those that I am comfortable with.Laughing so hard that you almost feel embarrased is something to desire. I like a good story and telling them, but no gossip. Shy, no but I am a bit private. I am a good listener but only to a point. Afterall, I am a man and that is just the way it is. I have been called a cowboy. I have owned horses for twenty years until recently. If it can be done on a horse, I have probably done it. Now I ride my bike regularly but have pals the are happy to have me join them with their horses. Nothing like being around a campfire, with guitars, lively conversation and open skies. A good dance partner can be hard to find because I insist on leading and most women do not know what that means unfortunately. I am not much of a planner because being spontaneous can be so much fun as there are few expectations. I am interested in being with a lady with class who also has the capability of kicking off her shoes and letting it fly. I am very adaptable and equally comfortable in boots and a hat or a tuxedo. A good woman is comfortable with herself, has a sense of independence and plenty of close friends. She will know that it is more important to collect good memories than possessions.
I am very fortunate to have three wonderful kids that all have college degrees, good jobs and very independent. We are close and enjoy being together. I have alway enjoyed be a dad and was the primary parent. Having kids can teach one about sacrific and sharing for the good of all.

Moonlight Rendezvous
Restless and overflowing with emotions a lone cowboy rides out to a vista of breathtaking views, above the great San Joaquin Valley and the snow covered mountains.
A full moon hangs in the night sky and shines down on a high grassy hill where he and his sweetheart promised their unending love before her journey.
Atop his trusty horse, Arizona, with his love’s beautiful horse, Roses, saddled and ponied beside him the view opens up as they reach the summit.
The only sound heard for miles is that of hoof beats slowing as he reigns the horses in. The horses test the air. Lifting their heads, they look and listen and accept that all is well.
The Valley and the Heavens open before him bathed in silvery moonlight.
The view warms his heart, as memories flood over him of her embrace as they gazed up into the same star filled heavens together.
His sweetheart’s absence pulls at his heart as he yearns for her companionship.
Suddenly, he senses her love about him, and realizes his love is under these same heavens. He feels her love, her presence. She is with him!
The stillness of the night is broken by the sound of leather flexing on a waiting saddle, and Roses stirring, padding her hooves in the soft grass.
Love has no boundaries, it lights the spirit and fills our souls.
Songs of Spring
The sun warms the countryside under the bright clear sky as it starts its journey towards the west.
Spring has arrived with its warm greetings, beautiful color, and wonderful fragrances awakening feelings of love and passion among all God’s creations.
Young butterfly’s dry their wings in the warm breeze, Song Sparrows sing out to court hopeful mates in the blooming almond trees.
Redwing Blackbirds flock to budding trees and sing out their greetings to one another. Mocking Birds are paired up and share their gossip on the wires stretching from pole to pole.
Streams full of last winters snow runoff bubble and tumble over smooth river rocks and glide through secret pools hidden under a forest canopy.
Yearling colts and fillies, nicker, and dance in pastures. There hoof beats like soft drum beats in the tall grass.
Bees are humming as the float among the carpets wild flowers full of color spread across the countryside. A rhythm builds out of natures serenades touching the core of ones soul with indescribable peace.
A couple resting in a scenic meadow embrace as they are caught up in God’s special springtime symphony. Their senses soak up the warmth, beauty, sounds and energy surrounding them.
Their hearts quicken, their breathing becomes as one and lights a soft glowing ember of love. Spring sets the stage for romance and love takes flight.
