I would best describe myself as George Bailey. I have put my dreams on hold for everyone else but now that my kids are grown it's time for ME and what I want. I drive a truck to pay the bills, but I am chasing my BIG BREAK as a writer. I have some published work available online so I have achieved some success.
I'm not looking for anyone to take care of me or mother me. I do that just fine. Before you ask...I can do my own laundry and dishes and I don't leave socks and underwear in your path for you to pick up. I am also an excellent cook. (and yes, I clean up after myself as I cook)

I have made my fair share of mistakes. Wish I could take them back. Can't. January of 2007 I got on my knees (more like kicking and screaming on the floor like a little child) and cried out to God, "Help me." Did not know the words "God save me." But God did save me. If some have not realized what it takes to become a new creature in Christ, I hope you might consider it before going through what I had to, to finally realize, I WAS NOT/AM NOT in control. That would be God. I have been in the Navy, minor league baseball umpire, sales, small business owner for last 15 years. Economy pretty much took care of that. So at the age of 50, I have graduated nursing school. Should change my profile name to "graduate nurse" I guess. lol. I am a gentleman. I have been divorced since December of 2006. I am fianlly ready to live and love again.

First must have a relationship with Christ. Born again. If you do not understand that phrase, we will not work together. Must have a slim, athletic, or average build. I believe in God, the US Constitution, guns, our country, the US fighting man.
Some people say you should not talk religion and politics. Sad. That's the two most important areas that affect our daily lives.
