If you were to ask my friends what type of person I am they would tell you I am loyal, respectful, honest and I would do anything for those I care about. I mostly consider myself a planner, but there are times when I like to do things on whim. I have never been the partying type, but I don’t mind going out every once in a while. I defiantly consider myself to be an adventure seeker. I love things that go fast, but also realize there is a time and place for things like that. I own a motorcycle and skydiving is on my bucket list. I am also content with a day a home learning to cook, watching a movie and just relaxing (especially on a rainy day!). There is nothing better than to be able to share special moments with someone you care about.
Fitness and living a healthy life style is an important part of my life. I started Crossfit a little over a year ago because I was tired of the same old gym routine and wanted something new and challenging. I couldn’t be happier with my choice. I also attend Jiu Jitsu class from time to time. I choose to eat healthy, but I definitely enjoy food and splurge from time to time…especially on sushi and Mexican food!
When I have time to sit down and watch a little TV I enjoy watch the History, Science, National Geographic and Discovery channels. I enjoy all kinds of shows on those channels. From past history to astronomy I enjoy them all.

So what am I looking for you ask? I am looking for someone to share in new adventures. I am always up for something new like trying/experiencing someone else’s passion. These profiles are, quite honestly, kind of boring. But, perhaps more troubling, they make it really easy to come up with a deal-breakers. Oh well. I'm going to give you a short list instead.
1) I have a job. It involves dealing with an order of magnitude more numbers than I anticipated with a degree in English.
2) I also like to travel. Honestly, I haven't seen a single profile here where the person says they hate it, but ok, I'll write it just in case it sends some sort of red flag if I didn't. Italy and Spain are next, hopefully.
3) I spend a significant amount of time thinking about what I'm going to eat next. From 3-star Michelin restaurants to Costco hot dogs. I buy a lot of produce on Sundays, and then I stress out for the rest of the week trying to figure out a way to eat it all before the next Sunday.
4) I firmly believe that paper towels and toilet paper rolls should be loaded under, not over.
5) I still haven't figured out why I couldn't stop hitting myself as a child. Mysteriously, I only hit myself when I was sitting next to my brother. Still, he believes the evidence is irrefutable: I was hitting myself, and he was trying to grab my hand to stop me.

I love the outdoors. Camping, be it car camping or backpacking, hiking, anything in water, the beach. I've been skiing since I was four; just never felt the need to strap on a board. I couldn't imagine the thought of spending my life in a cubicle, so I got my degree in conservation bio and now work as a fish biologist. My biggest passion is diving, both scuba and freediving, spearfishing and abalone hunting. I'll go on streaks where i'm up the coast almost every weekend.
I have a friendly, positive, laid-back personality. I love meeting new people and making new friends. I've been known to wander off from the group; later i'll be found nowhere near where I was last seen, chatting away with some random stranger.
