Date a man from Mountain Home, United States. About me and what I'm looking for, eh? Well i guess what I typed in this box a few days ago was too cut and dry, really didn't give any insight to what my personality is all about. So here you go, Ladies!
I grew up on a sailboat in South Florida when i was young, so i guess you could say I'm partial to living by the water. That fact has dictated pretty much where I've lived ever since. I've never really lived any further than walking distance from a river or an ocean.
I've lived in metro areas for more than half my life and decided I needed a change of pace. I wanted to live a more simple life without all the complications that come along with living in a city, so I chose my home, the White River. I'm not a simple person by any stretch of the imagination though. I'm well read, educated, and quirky. I would rather spend my time completing projects than sitting in front of a TV. I absolutely love to cook and have been that way long before the foodie craze hit network TV. I'm not into sports a bit but i do let the placebo effect take over me if friends are watching a playoff game or a championship game.
I fell in love with music in the womb and it has kinda consumed me ever since. So far in fact, that music was my major at the University in Fayetteville. I've played in jazz bands, blues bands, country bands, and rock bands in years past. I've recorded albums, worked in studios, and toured extensively. Music tends to take me to other places, i get lost in it, it rattles me to the core, I drift asleep to it every night.
I'm here on Match because I'm not going to find that certain someone in a bar. Plus, the area I live in doesn't have coffee shops, bookstores, farmer's markets, good parks, outdoor events, or other places I'd prefer to meet women.
As far as what I'm looking for in a woman? Try me. I suppose I want someone who's strong willed, able to love me like I love her, a woman who can communicate, make compromises and consessions like I can. I believe those three "C's" are the core ingredients to making a relationship truly work. I'm not looking for perfection, I've always felt that perfection is found in all the imperfections that make a person. I'm respectful and old fashion when it comes to women. I'm that guy who will open doors for you, bring you coffee in the morning, give you flowers for no good reason, and melt your heart with words because I really mean it.
