Date men and women from Lake Village, United States. Loves to smile and be happy. Love to have a night out with a loving person to unwind from a long week of work .I'm looking for a person that wants things out of life, and willing to work together to build our furture.
Meet people from Lake Village, United States. I have been a workaholic who is now looking for someone to share life experiences. I have spent my career (and most of life) working with trees, to the point that I say I'm married to trees. I like to travel, especially to forested areas and areas of educational value.
I have a self-depracating sense of humor, i.e., I like to make people laugh. Things tend to happen to me while traveling. For example, I was using the bathroom in a winery in France when I could not unlock the stall door. Looking down I could see that there was simply no way I was going to be able to crawl under the door, but when I looked up I saw I could climb over the side. Unfortunately, as I climbed over I found myself looking down into the women's bathroom stalls. Fortunately, no one was in the women's bathroom, so I was able to leave as quickly as humanly possible. To this day, I wondered what would have happen had a woman been in the bathroom and screamed at this "peeping tom". I have more such stories to share.
Other things about me. I like visiting new places, but do not do so as much as I used to because I would like to share these experiences with someone. I am a sucker for old movies, especially John Wayne westerns. I am known to shed a tear or two with sad movies, including my favorites such as Forrest Gump, Legends of the Fall, and City of Angels. I am a big football fan (Go Steelers and Razorbacks), and love to dish out to losers, and expect it to be dished back at me.
I tend to be laid back, but I can go at it pretty good in political debates. I am very conservative, and am "evolving" into a libertarian, especially if I keep watching John Stossel on the Fox Business channel. I am also a big Law and Order, and Law and Order: SVU fan.
As you can see from my pictures, I am overweight, but I am down 10 pounds so far this year -- drink very little alcohol, don't smoke, but love to eat. The check out lady at the Greenville Pizza Hut once said, "Mr. Lockhart, we was wondering what happened to you. We haven't see you in a long time." Hint - I eat too much Pizza Hut pizza, but have cut back.
Also, I am a beliver it looking out for others. I change flat tires for people stuck on the highway and accept no payments, at least monetary. One older person gave me three of the best home-grown tomatoes I have ever had for changing his flat tire. I like doring kind things for people (try to score my good deed for the day), but then also like to disappear into the background when finished.
I have my faults, and when I figure one of them out I try to improve. I like children, to the point that as my friends were having children I was often used as a free baby sitter (many stories about babysitting to tell, especially my first attempt at changing diapers -- dang them little boys have a lot a pressure packed when you have them on a changing table and they decidie it is time to pee without a diaper on). I take this back, I did charge a home-cooked meal.
If you are interested in many good laughts, let me know and we can get together for lunch.
