I like to watch cooking shows as Im a great cook , noone has ever disliked my meals as Im very creative in the kitchen and really enjoy whipping up low calorie tasty dishes.I like watching Scandinavian cooking on channel 8 sunday afternoons makes me remember my childhood and why my mother cooked with certain ingredients from the scandinavian countrys.Also just to save time on everyones behalf , if you do not fit my age criteria , do not waste your time. I am proud of how they are growing up. They are compassionate and not materialistic. I also enjoy mentoring young people and my career allows me to do so at many educational levels.
For fun? I have to admit that I am a sports fanatic...okay, I was very disappointed by ASU football this year...alright, for the last couple of years. I love watching the D-Backs, the Cardinals, and the Coyotes. As an Az/Phx Native, the mention of the school down under causes nausea. (My nephews have almost caused me to take them off my Christmas list when they chose to travel south for their college education.) I enjoy going to the gym, working around the house. I am very handy with a hammer and do many of my own home repairs. I also enjoy good comedies, dramas, and watching Mythbusters with my son. I am not into bar scenes. I enjoy games: Scrabble, Texas Hold-Em (I do not gamble, its a no-buy-in game that allows me to get out of the house and interact with some nice people who enjoy the game without the risk). Oops, forgot to mention that I like the gym and working around my house. I can spend an entire day making sure that the landscape is just right. Then my dogs poop on my newly mowed lawn! LOL
I am not very religous, but do believe in God. A few years back my father had a health scare and I decided that it was better to spend most of my Sunday mornings with my Dad, than sitting in church. He enjoys catching up on the week's newspaper and watching sports with me and his grandchildren before heading to my brother's to spend the afternoon there.
