Meet a man from United States. I read some other profiles and saw "I'm a really humble guy". But isn't that a self defeating statement? I could only realistically say that sometimes I make an attempt at humility. My success in that isn't for me to determine, but the only reason I try is because I know I was bought by the atonement of Jesus, and have done nothing to deserve it. Now that's humbling! Some of you may be done with me now, but if you have a Christian worldview, keep reading! (bonus points if you're familiar with the term worldview!)
Of course, just like you, there must be attraction! Attractive as defined by me, may include but isn't limited to: your worldview, being generally happy, somewhat physically active, may frequently smile or laugh, wants to try new things and see new places, could entertain a little philosophical conversation, someone who has been called "cute", someone who wants a Godly man but understands that he won't be perfect. You could have some attractive qualities that I haven't even thought of.
I could go on about that, but... let's talk about me! (is that humble or what) I love to build things. Ever since I was young I've loved it. Most recently I built a steampunk style lamp using the insides of a radio from the 1940's. One of my future projects will be building a house, urban contemporary style. Not sure when or where, but I've got some great ideas!
I like to do lots of things. Just check out some of my pics. I don't really get into sports or video games. I hear video games are a problem for some guys. Not me!
Building, fixing, and restoring vintage cars is one of the things I do for a living. Along those lines, I also happen to own a really old VW bus that I've driven all over the country. More recently I started working on pianos. My brother and I started a business where we install an electronic system that makes the piano play by itself using an iPod. It's fun and i love working with my bro. He's super cool but sorry ladies, he just got married last year.
Sipping coffee at Lux, biking around Mackinac Island, grilling the best fillet steak ever, scuba diving in Fiji, climbing Squaw Peak at night, a road trip up the PCH, hearing Gershwin at symphony hall, looking for a cool table at an antique store, quoting Jim Gaffigan and Monty Python, sharing an epiphany, watching Roman Holiday, arguing over who the best James Bond is (clearly Daniel Craig), trying to get back to the main road, finding out the only room left is the penthouse suite but they give it to you for the regular room price, spelunking, trying to find your friend's graffiti on the Eiffel Tower, warming up by the fireplace in the ski lodge, jumping out of a perfectly good airplane, getting cozy on the couch with Harry Connick playing in the background.
These are all things that are better to do with someone else!
