Ok, some of that may not be entirely accurate! I'm Irish but guess you noticed that from my profile!:) I been living in Phx for the last year. I guess i would be described as having a good sense of humour, considerate, patient, generous and hard working. I'm pretty shy around people I don't know but once I get to know someone a little i relax and am pretty chatty. For college I went to the Merchant Marine Academy on Long island New York. Since my graduation in 1999, I have lived in New York For 3 Years. Then Phoenix for a year, San Fran Bay area for 6 years and moved back to Phoenix in 2007. For the past 10 years my job has taken up most of my life considering that I work as an Engineering Officer onboard Container Ships. My current job requires that I am on ships 3 months at a time followed by 3 months of vacation on average. Due to this work schedule it has made it almost impossible for me to have a relationship in the past. I am currently working on transitioning to a local job here in Phoenix metro Area so that I can start to focus on developing a personal Relationship.

Sports: The main sport I follow are the NBA (new York Knicks And Golden State Warriors Fan) and NFL Football (used to be a Greenbay Packers fan Now a Arizona Cardinals Fan)

I have traveled to 42 countries personally and professionally, including Australia, Thailand, Kenya, the Cayman Islands, the Bahamas, Mexico, England, Singapore, and Crete. I was in a relationship for three years, and after that, I decided to be single for a few months. The number one thing I took from that, is how essential it is for a relationship to be an equal partnership. No, I was not the one that did not contribute equally, but I did discover how difficult a relationship can be when only one team member is reliable. It's hard to accurately depict yourself, in a couple paragraphs, but one of my favorite quotes is by Edmund Burke, "The Only Thing Necessary for Evil to Exist is that Good Men do Nothing". I truly believe in this, and while it may not apply in every situation, it creates a solid foundation to live by.
