I am a single mother of a wonderful 17yr old son who splits his time between here in AZ with me and in Fl with my other family members. I am originally born and raised in Fl and moved out here to AZ about 3yrs ago for a change. I am enjoying what I have seen, but really have seen a lot. I am told there is a lot to see out here..Maybe one day I will see those spots. I miss the beach and haven't taken the drive out to try a west coast beach...maybe this summer I may take that leap.

. Ok. Let's see. I love meeting new people. I am easy going and low maintenance. I am most comfortable in jeans, t-shirt and flip flops. I can dress up when I need to though. Low maintenance in the way that I am not your "typical" female. I don't like shopping unless I absolutely have to. If I need something at a store, I go in and take it off the rack and go. I would rather be outside enjoying beautiful scenary than sitting in front of the t.v. Unless it is football season. I am a huge football fan. My favorite team The San Francisco 49ers. Wooo Hoooo they are in the championships this season. Anyway, I am also a big UFC fan. I love to be on the back of a motorcycle. I want to learn to ride one but for now I can be a passenger. I love scary movies, and would rather watch a scary flick over ANY chick flick any day. I am sensitive, loyal and will respect anyone as long as they deserve it. I can be fisty and I guess that is the latin side of me. I want to find someone worthy of my all. There are many layers to me, but they can be peeled back if you are willing to take the time. I don't want my time wasted and I won't waste anyones time either. If the chemistry is not there, I will let you know. I love to kiss the one I am with when ever the mood hits me. I don't want someone who won't be down to be spontaneous. I love to go out and hike, be on the lake, but I also enjoy to stay home and curl up on the couch and watch a movie and have some wine. My belief is that life is too short. Take chances and enjoy life before it is over. I have two beautiful daughters that I love very much. I also have two granddaughters that are my world. . I'm originally from NY and have lived in AZ for 21yrs. I love everything about living in AZ but also love going home to visit the country, green grass and mountains. I fit well in both worlds, I'm not afraid to throw a ball cap and jeans on and take the ATV up on the hill but am also comfortable dressing up and going out for a night on the town. I enjoy being around my friends and family, BBQ's, movies, out for drinks, etc..... I'm looking for someone that can make me laugh and keep me on my toes. I have a very easy going personality, and will try anything once.
. One resolution for the new year is to do things outside my comfort zone, so I'm off to a good start! We'll see what the rest of the year brings...
I'm pretty laid back and easy going. Am happy getting dressed up, but equally happy in sweats watching a movie or a football game on the couch. The best days are the days when you did "nothing" special, but had a great time! There a a lot of simple things that make me happy: GOOD chips/salsa, good conversation w/friends, chiliing with my dogs, hot cocoa, and the feeling of accomplishment when I step outside that comfort zone! I'm the kind of person who sees a lot of value in small, but telling gestures for the ones you care about. Big gestures are fun and usually easily thought of. It's the small gestures in life that show that you truly "get" someone.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, rollerblading, local festivals, happy hours, the impromptu BBQ w/friends, and even shopping occasionally.
My friendships are quite important to me. They've shown me that you get back what you put forth. I'm grateful they're in my life.
I work in healthcare and truly love my job: the pace, the constant learning new things. But, I also have the luxury of being able to "turn it off" at the end of the day.
Unless needed, I don't take myself very seriously. Laughter is a must! Heck, I work at a hospital, so there is always something strange happening that makes me laugh. I think it's a pre-requisite to have a slightly twisted sense of humor in healthcare.
