Before this time at retirement... Army - retired ,business (Fortune 50) senior management in systems, then "got a life"; higher ed...University; retired...still carried as active faculty and I'm not interested...too many students "ain't what they use to be"...and there is more, but that's enough.
Oh, travel is often mentioned in "profiles"...so 20 plus countries, all the states, lived in Iran for 3 years and South Korea for 3...Ok to revisit "maybe not Iran" or go for a couple of newbies (see below).
So here’s a brief “what I think would be nice”… humor and a sense of the ridiculous e.g. politicians; warmth – hug’s are good thing; OK – perhaps travel…as long as it’s not just to be in motion…and some golf in Ireland, UK or Scotland would be superlative, so would a canal/river cruise in Europe, but you might have a better idea…over a glass of wine deciding to take a trip to the California vineyard in the morning (an Australia vintage might take a bit more planning)…reflecting – considerate of one another can probably make some good things happen for both parties; concerts; theater; dining - anything from gyro’s to a brunch to my cooking (no, not gourmet, but I’m pretty good around the kitchen.) or just a chat on the patio watching the sunset play off Pusch Ridge.
