I grew up on a farm in Illinois, after college and the Navy, I worked 22 years building farm tractors at International Harvestor until it closed in 1984. I then returned to my roots as a farmer and started a family-run hog operation. In 1999, l changed careers and lived in a semi-truck driving the lower 48 states and Canada. I retired to Arizona in 2004 and spend my time being active in my community.
I have a patent to my credit. Although I never made money with it, I pride myself on my creativity and inventiveness.
