I grew up in West Texas, attended Texas Tech for couple of years before joining the Army and spending about seven and a half half years in the Army, mostly in Europe, Vietnam, and Wisconsin. I had the best job in the Army wearing civilian clothes and attached to the American Embassy in Luxembourg for three years. Got to travel all over Europe in civvies (which was not the best training for my next assignment, but...) After leaving the Army returned to Houston,Texas where I went back to school at the University of Houston and got my Bachelors and Masters degree, I became a CPA and then a hotel and real estate consultant before moving to California and getting involved in real estate syndication and institutional real estate investment. Along the way, I got married twice and divorced twice. Excessive business travel caused at least one of the divorces.
Took a break for year in Costa Rica when I had my midlife crisis at 51 and drove to Costa Rica by myself. It was a terrific experience, but I overestimated my ability to make a living in Costa Rica and returned to the US to the same company I worked for before I took that long drive south.
I spent the next 15 years working for two major real estate companies located in Northern California and then in Southern California. So that brings me to Dewey and Yavapai.
I am: trustworthy, honest, courteous, kind, cheerful, clean, … but not a perfect Scout .I carry no baggage (except yours).
I still have some zest in me, and I am relatively active. I have all my own hair, teeth and the like. Generally, most people think I am younger than my age. I am monogamous and I could easily be committed to the right person, if the commitment is mutual. I am not afraid to express myself, and show whichever side of me is active at the moment. I own several suits, but do not intend to wear any of them in your presence. Jeans and shorts are much more part of my life
I can go slow, be romantic, and really enjoy being close, snugly, and your confidant, should you value that.
Who I'm looking for is a friend and an accomplice, a collaborator, a co-conspirator. Spontaneity is a plus. Things do not have to work for others, just for us. Simplicity is another plus. The rules are simple, there are no rules. Karma needs to be good, though.
