I am interested in politics, liberal in college but conservative now, and worked as volunteer for Border Patrol -- it has gotten very dangerous down there lately. Previously an adrenaline-personality, skydiving, etc, but have moderated to "normal" now :)

Young at heart if not chronologically. Live with five wonderful furry-faced, four-legged canine garbage disposals who have run of the house (and my heart.) I have been Single for a very long time, become pretty set in my ways, but I am ready to find that "special someone" again.
When it comes to personal relationships, I am a one-person, committed, old-fashioned thinking kind of guy. Honesty, open communication, frankness, mutual compromise, give / take (hopefully in equal proportion) and a positive attitude are my requisites for a good and lasting relationship. If the spark is there, Love will grow quickly and strong in that type of atmosphere.
You must absolutely like dogs alot, if you want to strike up any sort of meaningful relationship with the Wuff! No matter how hard I try, my clothing usually has some dog fur on it somewhere; does'nt help that each one of them gets a goodbye kiss on the snout when I leave for work in the morning.
I work hard and relax harder, play when it presents itself, but don't go out my way to find trouble. Not a bar or club type of guy, and have two left feet when it comes to anything but slow-snuggly-type dancing. I do enjoy the company of good friends in a home setting, but have enough sense to know that too much "togetherness" can sometimes put a strain on a good thing.

So, let me try something a bit more(a lot more) realistic. I am 66 years of age, live in Globe and am employed by a national company as the Freight Manager. I plan on retiring this year and plan on doing some of the things i have been to busy to do before, like taking the time to enjoy life. I just bought this and am still trying to figure it out. it has a web cam and i beleive I can take my picture with it. I like doing a lot of different things. i do like walking as it's great exercise. I have been divorced for more years than i can count and have one daughter,married, and living in Nevada. I would like to find someone to spend time with, do things together, go places, do a little "Sight-seeing! maybe more!
