I got into working out with weights last year and have since dropped quite a few pounds and toned up a lot My back was my main focus for working out as I have a deteriorating disc - building my back muscles helps to keep the pain away. I have my shoulders, biceps and back where I want them and now I'm concentrating more on my legs and triceps. I still have my curves, which I really hope don't go completely away as I continue to tone up. Wouldn't mind finding someone I could work out with!
