Date someone special from United States. I'm a third generation Alaskan who loves to romp and play in the great outdoors. I enjoy camping in all seasons, snow machining, snow shoeing, skiing, wheeling, canoeing, rafting, boating, hiking, and most any other means of accessing Alaska's wild country.
My freezers are full of Alaska's natural bounty: moose, caribou, and lots and lots of salmon. I enjoy eating as healthy and natural as possible, and love to play in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes, concoctions, and ingredients.
I also love to share with others, and have often hunted and fished for those who are unable to do so for themselves. I enjoy taking new people out with me to experience the adventures, excitement and beauty of Alaska.
To help balance all the playing, I also run a couple of businesses. One is a business development firm, and the other is a new startup engineering firm in the area of sustainable energy. My passions are in the fields of socioeconomic development, agriculture, and biotechnology...and when I can bring all three of these things together in a way that benefits many, I am in heaven. :-)
I have a wonderfully eclectic circle of friends, and my house is often full of fascinating and diverse people of all ages, from all over the world, coming together over a home cooked dinner, a bonfire party in the back yard, or barbecuing on the deck. In so doing, friendships are made, relationships evolve, business is developed, concepts are shared, and new things are learned. All in all, a good time is had when each person leaves feeling as if they were part of something special.
I also enjoy hosting dinners where guests bring dishes from whatever country or culture they come from, and though I do not drink alcohol myself, I do enjoy seeing friends and guests relaxing and enjoying whatever beverages they prefer.
When it comes to companionship of a more intimate nature, I prefer kind, gentle, sweet, tender, intelligent and energized, over mean, harsh, angry, tough, and lethargic. Physically, my tastes run towards petite and fit, and adorably cute. I'm not too picky about how "cute" is defined, but I definitely don't want to be the cutest one in a relationship. :-)
