I found out that I could wash clothes if I had to. You can only buy so many pair of socks and underwear before they start piling up. And Goodwill won't take em unless they've been washed.
When June gets here, I will have been living by myself for 1 year, and I haven't starved. I despise eating out alone, so I started fooling around in the kitchen. I have 3 sons who for the most part I have seen each day for the last 24 years. When their mother and I split last May, I moved 70 miles away from them because of my job. That has been the toughest adjustment I have had to make. I love what time we get to spend together now. I am very proud of them and the young men they are becoming. One bright spot of the last year was that during football season, 2, and most times, all 3 came down with their girfriends and watched all the Hog games with me.

I have a job that i really like. I want another reason to get up and go to work each day. I can't think of anything that would make work better than being there, taking care of business, and " her " never being far from my thoughts. Just knowing that she is going to be home at the end of the day makes it all worth while.
