I live in an absolutely gorgeously beautiful place where I can watch brown bears feeding on salmon from my living room, in my bare feet with a cup of coffee. That’s my very favorite thing to do. Other things I like are traveling, car camping, gardening, woodworking, and projects around the house. I’ve also developed a sort of strange obsession with making miniatures – pics on request. I dabble in local politics and served on the local assembly for a few years. Liberal to very liberal. I like sleeping on my deck under the stars.
I'm retired from a career with state government; before that I guided backpacking trips for a number of years, and I lived in Italy for a bit.
IРІР‚в„ўve no kids of my own; my late husband had three but they were pretty well grown by the time we got together. IРІР‚в„ўm recently overjoyed that my only niece has produced twin boys; they just turned two. I visit them in southern California as often as I think they can stand visitors.
I like Rachel Maddow and Jon Stewart; I listen to NPR and BBC; sometimes I watch Al Jazeera on my computer.

I am grateful to have gotten to this age in pretty good health and having enjoyed the work I have done throughout my life. Everyday I want to do one thing I have not done before, some things are little, and some are quite big, like skydiving.

Date a woman from Haines, United States. i take lots of photos and sometimes sell a few mostly wildlife some scenery or sunsets. most of my friends call me a nut and usually laugh a lot when we are gathered for jollies go to the senior center all most daily in winter. summer is tourist time and I am busy all summer. i like puppies as long as they belong to someone else. i hate politics. I like picnics as long as someone does the planning and packing or at least helps. I can fish all day and even half of the night.
