I love music, dancing, the sun on my face, the wind in my hair, a good belly-laugh or giggle, fresh berries, road trips, playing sports/games, dark chocolate, morning coffee and afternoon tea, a hot bath, a warm hug, and a sweet kiss.
I just adopted a well-trained dog from the Helen Woodward Animal Center because I need a lot of affection, too!
. I am an admiistrative asistant; have worked at my company for 19 years. Was married for 25 years; divorced for 5, 2 adult kids who do not live with me. . I am known as a devoted mother, friend, healer, spiritual, good listener and communicator, young at heart, and fun to be with. I have worked hard to raise and support my family of two boys. I've been successfully self-employeed for last ten years in the healing arts industry. I love what I do and believe it is my gift to use as long as I can. My family is very close knit and we enjoy each other's company. I have one adult child and one in high school with only two years to go. Most of my energy has been spent on the boys and my career, but now there is some time to balance things out. Mom gets to play Yeh!! I enjoy hikes, water almost anything, nature, music, theater, road trips, good food and good wine. I like to be social with friends and family along with enough time to be alone and have that special one on one time with the man in my life. I like to cook and spend time in the kitchen preparing food together for ourselves or entertaining friends/family. I am an affectionate person and like it returned. I'm content with life now except the missing romance.
I want a man who is comfortable in his own skin with a sense of humor. Light hearted affectionate and great communication skills are important. Contentment is good, but looking for the missing ingrediant of romance is also good. I like to be persued not as a game, but a man knowing what he wants and lets it known. A gentleman, good listener, and able to be attentive to a woman's need for a shoulder to lean on, an ear, and just that special time together. I want him to be successful and content in his career. Family values are important with healthy relationships, not perfect but at least a work in progress. The key to my heart is someone who is willing to build a friendship foundation and let it grow and go it's natural course. I am patient and secure with the process of romance, I just want it to be genuine and mutually respectful. I look forward to meeting whoever it will be.
