I've worked at the same company for over 20 years starting in the field and advancing to senior management. My friends and co-workers would describe me as fun loving, positive, and outgoing but also very serious and dedicated to my family and career. I love to laugh and seek adventure and exploring new things. I am most proud of my daughters and being sucessful in most any endevor that I have taken on. Meet someone special from Alaska, United States. I would describe myself as an easy going Alaskan urbanite outdoorsman. My friends say that I need to get out more as I have never been married or have a current girlfriend. I guess they are right as I am tired of being single! Its not that I haven't had girlfriends, I have, I just haven't found that special lady that I can begin the rest of my life with. I enjoy most everything that has to do with playing outdoors in AK or elswere both summer and winter. Being an outdoorsman does not preclude me from enjoying activities in town. I can be just as happy (sometimes) attending a wine tasting, dining out, going to a concert, going for a bike ride, or just taking in a movie at home. I like to travel when I can too. One day I hope to find myself (and my lady!) seeing the wonders of Australia and New Zealand among other countries. Seeing more of America is also part of my to-do list. I want to meet and get to know people from other places and gain new perspectives on life. I find this to be fascinating and enlightening. My ideal lady would be one who will enjoy occompanying me on these and other adventures. She would need to be of average/good fitness, attractive, thoughtful, faithful, affectionate, takes good care of herself, is kind to others, and has a positive outlook on life. Date a man from United States. I moved to Alaska almost eight years ago. I love to work out, cook, make people laugh, play guitar, play and coach sports, and enjoy the great outdoors. I am a bit of an enigma in that I am an engineer who plays sports and a musical instrument. I am very energetic and outgoing and like almost any outdoor activity. Date a soulmate from United States. I've done most the AK stuff more than most, and love it all, except I'm not much of a pole fisherman. I'm a little fuzzy on throwing one hook into a murky river to get one fish...Man, people love it though, so I ain't knockin' it. I work hard in the summer, regularly in the winter, and enjoy my times off either at home or elsewhere. Haven't made it out of the country in a few years, and should get back to that.
You are, oh, smart and pretty and funny--that fits everyone on here I guess, to read their profiles (I'm smart and handsome and funny. Too). There are a lot of wonderful types of women and the "spark" matters more than whether you are a homebody or a wild adventurer. Not too staid and prissy, and not too high maintenance: I'll take you to a biker party or a formal play, but not in new $500 shoes (maybe once). You are probably self sufficient and know sort of who you are, but don't mind some coddling. And of course honest and little drama. I think you are the sweetest thing since apple pie..
