I have been enjoying a drama free life now for the last 1 1/2 years and have been enjoying it. The person that I date will need to keep the drama to a minimum. I refuse to not have a voice in any relationship and if I notice that my voice is being diminished in conversations I will no longer pursue the relationship. There should always 2-way communications flowing...communication is the key for both men and women in any relationship.
I have been told that I am to straight forward, this may be true but that's me. I say what I mean and I mean what I say but at no time would I ever be disrespectful of anyone and their feelings or needs. I enjoy traveling and also lazy days around the house. Most of the time I like to have a relaxing day around the house and other days I like to jump in the car and go for a long drive and end up wherever.
I am a hard worker but I never bring work home with me and don't like to discuss my work while trying to relax at home. I have learned that too many people integrate their work life with the home life and this just can't happen with me. I leave work at work and home at home and I do my best to keep my stress level at a minimum.
I don't do the club scene but I do like to go the a bar (Fox & Hounds Southaven, MS) from time-to-time and sit down, have a drink, watch a little sports then hail a taxi for the ride home. I am a casual drinker, non-smoker and drug and disease free.
