Needless to say, I enjoy volunteering my time in serving others who are less fortunate than me such as feeding the poor, mission and construction projects around the Birmingham and world. I just recently returned back from service project in sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with people in the jungle of Ecuador. It was an amazing trip. Well, I digress.
I'm most thankful for my relationship to God, friends and family.
I am originally from the Birmingham area; however, I love to travel and spend time going to the mountain of Georgia or Tennessee. I grew up in California and went to college at The University of San Diego. Now I find myself in Birmingham and I'm ready to start the next new chapter. I just got back into playing tennis.(played some in college). I like to keep myself in shape and eat healthy. Love cooking as well as checking out new places from sushi/sake nights to mexican/margarita night. I'm a non smoker. I have no kids but I definitely want a family. I make my living in the finaicial markets as an equity/futures trader and I sing on the weekends for fun.
I've learned to appreciate life and to not get to worked up over the little things. I miss the west coast from time to time but I'm enjoying the 'southern hospitality' and my new home.
A couple years ago I began to realize how important family is to me. I've done a lot to reconnect with mine, spend more time with them and look forward to the future of starting my own someday.
