Date single man from Alabama, United States. Howdy! Apparently I'm glutton for punishment because I just keep signing back up time and time again. I had a trillion word essay written up about who I was and what I was looking for. While I thought it was good it was probably a bit much so I'm going to condense it and see what happens.. Me, I'm a fun loving guy that can be shy at first. Because of this my first impressions are not always great but I am trying to get better. I do believe in love at first site but I've discovered that the ladies I cared the most for were the ones I got to know over time. Therefore, I don't believe that a first date means that much. I enjoy going out with friends and though I'm always saying that I'm going to come in early I'm usually the one that they have to drag away at 3 AM or I just get left! The latter has happened more times than I can easily count. I'm goofy, funny, courageous, introverted, extroverted and a lot of other things all at the same time. That's me in a nutshell. And to answer the question those last two sentences brought up no, I do not have multiple personalities!! :) Also if you thought of the Austin Powers movie from the nutshell comment then You and I would probably get along well.
I have no idea what I'm looking for as far as a match goes. Simply put I just want someone that likes to hang out with me and vice versa. Like everyone else I believe honesty is a must. I don't want to date someone who is too serious, especially on a date! There are times to be serious and out on the town is not one of them. I mean we only get one go around so have some fun! That's pretty much it, we can figure out the rest later.
One thing I think I've finally figured out... You women are not really thrilled by the traditional dinner date. It took me quite a while to get that. When it did it hit me like a ton of bricks. I'm not a boring person but my dating style has been boring. Therefore, I really haven't been myself! Totally my fault but I figure better later than never. Having said that I make a vow the first encounter between us will not be that. Even though living in Montgomery sometimes makes that (EXTREMELY) hard. All I can say is thank goodness for RSVP!
