I've gotten to where I run about 15-20 races a year. I do any distance from 5k on up, but mainly 5ks (because they're so easy to prepare for). I just completed my first marathon last year. I'm also a diehard UAB fan (yes, one of the twelve or so). I try to attend as many home football and basketball games as I can. I also try to schedule a big football and big basketball trip every year. I've gone with the team to such places as Orlando, East Lansing (MI), Richmond, Tulsa, College Station (TX), and most recently, El Paso, along with numerous day trips.
