I recently found out I have Menieres disease which is a disorder of the inner ear. Currently, there is no cure, and it is hard for me because music is my passion. I simply just try to make the best of life. It has impacted my dating life to the extent that I want people to at least be aware of it. In summary, my symptoms start as something like pressure fluctuating... which progresses into a buzzing similar to the sound of a kazoo. Don't get me wrong... I'm always game for a good kazoo solo... but when it hinders me from being able to endure places or events with a lot of noise, bright lights, or anything that requires yelling in order to communicate, it becomes a problem, lol. So It makes it tough for me to be in places like loud bars or clubs because it agitates those symptoms. I am trying my best to learn to live with this and maintain a healthy lifestyle, so I hope to find a woman that's accepting and supportive of that.
