Hi There... I'm retired from the USAF and found a job where I repair Medical Equipment. I was hoping to score a job with the VA Hospital in Atlanta or pick up at the hospital where I grew up. (the thing as almost taken over the local city) but if you can't find a job in your local area the only choice left is to move where the jobs are.
I am a Republican. If this is the type of problem that will keep a woman from accepting me then no worries, it is a big world with lots of room in it, even for the loony left. (odd thing is when it comes to how I lead my life, I'm Ultra Conservative. When it comes to how other live their lives, I'm somewhat liberal.)

I feel lucky that my job has taken me to different parts of the country: from New England, the desert Southwest, the Silicon Valley-Bay area, and the DC Region. At all those places, I have taken side trips, stayed over the weekends, or burned vacation to see and explore the area.
For vacations, I often stay in a central location, and take several different day trip excursions. Each day I explore a new set of parks, trails, or sites; some in walking distance, and some by car. I arrive exhausted back at the hotel late at night, to rest, recover, reflect, and repeat the next morning.
