Date someone special from Alabama, United States. Not sure how to go about this. Guess I am interested in a woman who is self-sufficient and confident in herself. By now we probably all have a little of that by necessity. I would like her to be a good conversationalist but not garrolous, independent but empathetic, and witty but not a smart you know what! Intelligent but not aloof, and by all means down to earth.
I am rooted in reality, and can find humor in most everything. I sometimes have the tendency to overanalyze things. My kids are the most important part of my life. Spending time with them is my main priority, for one day they will grow up and start their own lives. My oldest is in college already. The prospect of grandchildren terrifies me! Simplicity is my forte. I do not need much to be happy. Sunsets, thunderstorms, snuggling on the couch in front of the fireplace, tailgating on football weekends with friends; if you like these things and others, we would probably get along pretty well. I guess I am looking for someone to share the kids with (and share hers too, if any) explore new places and things, become friends with, and hopefully more. I'm open to suggestions!

Date someone special from United States. Let's see....where to start. I am not very complicated at all and really a pretty simple guy. In my spare time I love watching sports and I love to cook and somehow I always seem to combine the two. It goes against the grain of some people but once I talk all seems to pass to what I am inside. The one thing I saw that had a beauty of disbelief was a field at dusk in Indiana when driving an 18 wheeler.
