I'm not looking for a mother for my children, we do alright without that however i would love to find someone who could be a positive role model for them (and me, I'm far from perfect myself). It is necessary for me to be with someone who is caring, and believes a relationship works through compromise; both parts should be equal. I would need someone with a strong sense of family, I love my kids, and they would have to be able to cope with that.
Here's a little bit about myself. Biologically I have two kids, a six year old, and an eighteen year old. Through my previous marriage I also have a fourteen year old and a sixteen year old, that I count as my children except for when it is thrown in my face that I'm not their father. I have my own house that I am almost done remodeling, all I really have left are a couple of closets I want to put shelves in, some hallway lights, and the flooring in the living/dining room and two of the bedrooms. I dislike people who are fake, dishonest, and who like to play mind games. Basically, I would like a person who's straightforward.

I am a divorced man with no kids. I am good with children as I have 2 nieces and 4 nephews. I am currently the primary caregiver of my father who lives with me. I was the primary caregiver of my mother until February 2011 when I injured my back lifting her. She is confined to a bed and needs constant attention so because of my injury she now resides in a nursing facility near us. Dad is fighting lung cancer and has had two strokes. He gets around pretty well but has a tendency to forget things. My back injury forces me to use a power chair for a large portion of my mobility but I am hoping to have corrective surgery in the not too distant future.
As you see by my photos, I am a big man but with that comes a big heart, gentle spirit and an extensive capacity for caring and giving.
