Date a man from United States. I moved back home in the year 2000 and have been on disability since then. I had my second back surgery in 2002. To top things off, I had a triple bypass about 3 years ago. I am fully capable of taking care of myself and I am financially secure. I live on the old family farmstead and I own part of the land.
I like to do several things such as going out to dinner, go to movies, concerts, etc. but it's a lot more pleasant when I have my lady on my arm.
I am looking for a lady who enjoys the nice, quiet country life with the occasional foray into the city. My lady should be fairly well read and fairly well informed. I'm a pretty easy guy to get along with but I do have my limits. Not many limits and one really has to work hard to reach them.
There are several deal breakers. Please no druggies, no alcoholics and no religious types. If you fall into any of these categories just move on and don't waste my time or yours.
I am a beer drinker in the classic sense. Recreationally, I have a few beers a couple of times a month. Normally with hot wings. When I go out for dinner I occasionally have wine, but will order their best draft beer if it's a beer that I haven't had in a long time.
I did my undergraduate work at UAH and my graduate work at the University of Nebraska. I have a half dozen international publications, the two most important of which are a new random number generator for computers and a low carb cookbook. I spend my time working to develop equations for every bank shot in pool up to 5 rails, a method of baking a good, crusty bread in the home oven and two mathematical algorithms. I find this very satisfying and hope to get them published at some point in the future.
I've listened to nothing but classical music for the last 34+ years. It was a conscious decision to switch from whatever music was popular at the time.
To sum everything up, other than working to publish papers in a "professional" venue, I'm just a normal guy. I stay at home a lot (which could change). Whenever I want "gourmet" food, I don't need to go out. I've put my evening time aside for other enjoyable pursuits.
