A muscle spasm of severe intensity was detected in the bilateral lower lumbar regions. The cervical flexion, extension, right rotation, left rotation, right lateral flexion, and left lateral flexion revealed a significantly decreased range of motion. During the cervical flexion, extension, right rotation, left rotation, right lateral flexion, and left lateral flexion, Patricia indicated she felt pain.
